Hey Dr. Buford.... I just want to say hello and let you know that I am so happy since my surgery back in 2000. I came to you not knowing what to do because of my previous surgery. But once I sat down and conversed with you about my options, I knew that I didn't want anyone else to help me but you! It has been a little over two years since you helped me and I just want to tell you that I love my new breasts! I get compliments everyday about how nice they are and how they look so real. I can actually say that I feel so much better about the way I look now as compared to two years ago. Thanks again!

I listen to Jammin 92.5 all the time and I called Jennifer Wilde when she said you were doing her surgery. I told her how much she will love you and what a great job you did on me. I told her the same thing I said to you one time. If you were a family practice doctor I would go to you in a heartbeat. Your bed side manner is by far the best I have ever seen and I feel that you truly do care about your patients. I told her that having this procedure done gave me a whole new lease on life. …I ended up with breasts that are much closer together (yes, I would have liked more cleavage) but the other doctor already made the pockets so we had to work with what we had. They feel wonderful and natural. The scars are barely visible (with the 1 st surgery they were really bad). I am much happier with the outcome now. When I wear a bra they look great. I hardly ever have to wear one though they stay right where the good Doctor put them..I must say if you are considering altering your body in any way. NEVER, NEVER rush into anything. Do your research spend the extra money and go to as many consults as you need. What’s a consult fee compared to a revision fee??? Ok so KUDOS to the Doctor…
Hey Dr. Buford. I am doing fine. I went swimming tonight for the first time in 30 years, thanks to you. At first, I was very nervous about walking out to the pool from the dressing room. After all, I have not been out in public without my shirt on for many years. The funny part of the whole evening was that the men there that were my age or older needed to come to see you and have the same surgery that I had. And get this, their wives were checking me out! Thanks again, see you in March.

I had my first mammogram done yesterday and the Radiologist who was reading my results said she would have never known I had reduction done, since everything on the inside looked so clear. According to her, which you probably already know- she said," you can usually always tell when someone has had reduction because all the tissue inside looks chaotic on the radiographs".
