What to expect at your consultation at Center For Plastic Surgery:

What should I expect from the consultation?

Our surgeons will assess your physical and emotional health and discuss specific goals for the surgical procedure.

You should arrive at the consultation prepared to provide complete information about:

Previous surgical procedures
Past and present medical conditions
Medications you are taking, including herbal remedies and nutritional supplements.
Past experience with weight loss and the effect it had on your health

How to prepare for my surgery?

Avoid anti-inflammatory medications such as: Aspirin, Ibuprofen & Advil. Also, avoid diet pills, Vitamin E, & herbal remedies such as St. John's Wort, garlic, fish oil at least 2 weeks prior to surgery.

We will provide a full list of medications to avoid before your surgery
Stop smoking AT LEAST 2 weeks prior
Arrange for help following surgery

There are new surgical techniques available which shorten the length of the scars.

We do not charge for postop visits - you are our patient for life.
